If so, the first step is to click on the field shown below and select "User". Otherwise, you will first need to register your company before you can register yourself. To learn how, click here.
Fill in the Details
IMPORTANT NOTE
All filled up, the form should look similar to the one below.
Just a couple more steps left! We also need you to fill out the "Sydney Water Approval Requirements" section.
Click on the "Supplier Code of Conduct" link and you should see the below screen.
Read the document, select "Yes" , and enter your name for the respective fields.
Click on the "SW confidentiality agreement" and you will see the below dialog pop up. You will need to read the document, enter your name, your personal or work address and then scroll down to the bottom of the document to draw your signature (with a touchscreen or mouse) in the respective fields. You will also need a witness to enter their name and draw their signature.
Once you are done with above steps, click on the "Save" button.
All that's left is to read the Sydney Water Privacy Policy, tick the box and click Submit.
Your application is now on its way to our SWD Admin who will review and grant you the level of access necessary to perform your job. Once your account is approved, we will send you an email (shown below) to your registered email address with a link to set up your password.
That's it! You are now ready to log in to Sydney Water Delivery Portal!
